Quick Employment pre-employment 10-panel drug test are certified by a third party drug company. The certified drug test confims transparancy and accountabilty to our clients versus an in house drug test that maybe a confict of interest.
Quick Employment serves as the employer of record and the common law employer for their clients and temporary employees and is committed to providing excellent services to both. We listen to our clients and employees goals and we help them both achieve their employment goals.
Work hours, pay rates, paid orientation, hands-on training/education, job assignments, job responsibilities, policies, rules, and how to maintain employment are presented to each temporary candidate for a possible permanent job.
Payroll is done electronically by direct deposits. Pay stubs may be downloaded on payday. "The annual W-2 " may also be downloaded beginning the third Friday in January to January 31st of the new year.
